WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Normally we take up to 24 hours to process the order. If your order is placed before 3:30 PM and we have all the products in stock, we will ship your order the same day. We use DHL Express to ship your products. It takes 3-5 working days for you to receive your products.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has been processed and we hand over your package to the courier service, you will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail with the tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Where is my order shipped from?
All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand.
What can I do if I accidentally ordered an item multiple times?
If your order has not yet been shipped by us, you can cancel it and then place a new order. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it back to us. If you are located outside of Thailand, you will be taking responsibility for the return shipping fee.
WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?
You can enter the discount code during checkout process. You can enter the code either on the shopping cart page or on the checkout page where you enter your details, you will find a bar on the top where you can enter the discount code.

WHICH COMPANY WILL DELIVER MY PACKAGE?

Your orders are delivered using DHL Express that ships worldwide. Normally it takes between 3-5 days.

HOW MUCH IS MY SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is calculated during the checkout process prior to submitting your payment information. The amount is based on the weight of the products. Please see our shipping policy for additional information.

Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?
Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?

In the unlikely event that you are missing an item from your order, please contact us via e-mail – info@muaythaidirect.com with your order number and the name of the missing item. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can for you.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
Please send us an email with your order number, a description and a photo of the fault. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly and as easily as possible for you.

what payment options do you take?

Debit/Credit Card (Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Visa card)
After entering your details, you can choose ‘debit or credit cards’ option for the payment method. You can safely enter your card details via our secure SSL procedure and we will ensure correct processing together with your credit card organization. Once you have completed this, we will receive your payment notification and your order will be processed.

PayPal
After entering your details, you can choose ‘PayPal. With the PayPal payment option, you will be redirected to the PayPal site after entering your details. Here you enter your password for your PayPal account and press pay. Once you have completed this, we will receive your payment notification and your order will be processed.

How do I know if I’m buying a genuine product?
We do not sell fakes or replicated items so you can be sure that the item you have received is genuine. All of our products are carefully sourced directly from their manufacturer.
