WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Normally we take 1-2 days to process the order. If your order is placed before 11:30 AM (Thai time) and we have all the products in stock, we will ship your order the same day. We use DHL Express to ship your products. It takes 3-5 working days for you to receive your products.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has been processed and we hand over your package to the courier service, you will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail with the tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Where is my order shipped from?
We ship all our products from our warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand.
What can I do if I accidentally ordered an item multiple times?
You can cancel and replace your order if we haven’t shipped it yet. If we have shipped your order, you can return it to us. Please note that if you are located outside of Thailand, you will pay the return shipping fee.
WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?
You can enter the discount code during checkout process. You can enter the code either on the shopping cart page or on the checkout page where you enter your details, you will find a bar on the top where you can enter the discount code.

WHICH COMPANY WILL DELIVER MY PACKAGE?
We ship your orders worldwide using DHL Express. You’ll usually receive your package within 3–5 days.
HOW MUCH IS MY SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is calculated during the checkout process prior to submitting your payment information. The amount is based on the weight of the products. Please see our shipping policy for additional information.

Do I have to pay for duties and taxes?
Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?

In the unlikely event that you are missing an item from your order, please contact us via e-mail – info@muaythaidirect.com with your order number and the name of the missing item. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can for you.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
Please send us an email with your order number, a description and a photo of the fault. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly and as easily as possible for you.

what payment options do you take?

Debit/Credit Card (Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Visa card)
After entering your details, you can choose ‘debit or credit cards’ option for the payment method. You can safely enter your card details via our secure SSL procedure and we will ensure correct processing together with your credit card organization. Once you have completed this, we will receive your payment notification and your order will be processed.
