Shipping Policy

We offer a variety of shipping options using DHL, Aramex and Thai Post. Shipping methods available will vary by country. We offer DHL express (3-5 business day) shipping for almost all countries in the world. All orders are sent from Bangkok, Thailand.

Shipping fees are based on weight of the items in your cart. The exact amount is quoted at checkout. The timeline for expected delivery is also quoted at checkout. Shipping timelines may be impacted by both Thai holidays (for example, Songkran in April) and international holidays (Chinese New Year & Christmas).

COVID-19 update: Thailand Post service is running as usual. However, delays may occur depending on how the pandemic has impacted the receiving country’s mail service.

All orders are subject to our verification process for accuracy and payment validation authorization. For security reasons, we may contact to request additional information.

Taxes

Import duty and customs taxes are not factored into our product/shipping fees, as these fees vary based on the destination country. Customers are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which local customs may charge.
