This Fairtex donut pads have Multi-layer foam making it an ideal pad for boxing and other Martial Arts drill. It can withstand both kick and punch making it a good training pad for leg kick, foot jabs, knee as well as body punches. The 2 reinforced durable handles gives tighter grip when training.
